Return and Refund Policy

At kandixchange, we focus on fostering generosity and connection through our exchanges, rooted in the values of Peace, Love, Unity, Respect, and Responsibility (PLURR). Due to the nature of the exchange, we do not offer returns or refunds once participation is confirmed.

Important Information:
    •    As of now, there are no tiers per exchange. This means we cannot guarantee that you will receive a package of equal value to what you send.
    •    The exchange is designed to replicate the spirit of an in-person exchange, emphasizing giving without expectations of receiving more.

Exceptions:
If you encounter significant issues (e.g., not receiving a package), please contact us within 30 days of the exchange deadline. We will work with you to address the situation and ensure a positive experience.
